Job Summary:

The Back Office Executive – Operations is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operational activities by handling data management, documentation, and administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a structured environment.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Data Management & Documentation:

Maintain and update databases, records, and reports accurately.

Process invoices, purchase orders, and other transactional documents.

Handle data entry tasks with high precision and speed.

 

  1. Administrative Support:

Assist in coordinating internal and external communications (emails, calls, reports).

Manage filing systems (both digital and physical) for easy retrieval.

Prepare and distribute operational reports as required.

 

  1. Process Coordination:

Follow up with different departments to ensure timely task completion.

Track and report operational metrics (efficiency, turnaround time).

Support logistics, inventory management, and vendor coordination.

 

  1. Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Assist in audits and process improvement initiatives.

Generate daily/weekly MIS (Management Information System) reports.

 

  1. Customer/Internal Support:

Respond to queries from internal teams or clients via email/phone.

Resolve operational discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary.

 

 

Qualifications & Skills:

 

Education:

Bachelor’s degree (B.Com, BBA, BCA, or related field preferred).

 

Experience:

1–3 years in back-office operations, data entry, or administration.

Freshers with strong computer skills may be considered.

 

Technical Skills:

MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) – Intermediate to advanced.

ERP/CRM software (SAP, Tally, Zoho) – Preferred.

Typing speed: Minimum 30–40 WPM with high accuracy.

 

Soft Skills:

Strong organizational & multitasking abilities.

Problem-solving mindset.

Good written and verbal communication.

 

 

Work Environment:

Shift: General (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM) / Rotational (if applicable).

Work Mode: On-site (Hybrid/Remote options depend on company policy).

 

Salary & Benefits:

₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month (based on experience).
