Job Summary:

The HR Executive is responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, compliance, and HR administration. The role ensures smooth HR operations and supports the organization in maintaining a positive work environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, offer letters).

Coordinate onboarding for new hires (documentation, orientation, induction).

Maintain recruitment databases and track hiring metrics.

 

  1. Employee Relations & Engagement:

Address employee queries and grievances.

Organize engagement activities (team-building, events, surveys).

Foster a positive workplace culture.

 

  1. Performance Management:

Support performance appraisal processes.

Track employee performance and assist in feedback sessions.

Help implement performance improvement plans (PIPs).

 

  1. Training & Development:

Identify training needs and organize sessions.

Coordinate with external trainers and manage L&D programs.

Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness.

 

  1. Payroll & Compliance:

Assist in payroll processing and attendance management.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Maintain HR records (personal files, leave, attendance).

 

  1. HR Policies & Administration:

Implement and update HR policies.

Manage employee documentation (contracts, increments, exits).

Handle exit formalities (clearance, exit interviews).

 

  1. HR Reporting & Analytics:

Prepare HR reports (attrition, recruitment, training).

Analyze HR metrics to support decision-making.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: 2-5 years in HR (generalist or specialized role).

Skills:

– Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

– Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

– Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS & MS Office.

– Problem-solving & multitasking abilities.

Certifications: SHRM, PHR, or local HR certifications (preferred).

 

Work Environment:

Office-based with occasional remote work (if applicable).
