Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new customers, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong persuasion skills, market awareness, and a passion for closing deals.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Sales & Business Development:

Identify and approach potential clients (B2B/B2C) through cold calling, field visits, and networking

Present products/services effectively, highlighting USPs and benefits

Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets

 

  1. Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers

Address client queries, negotiate terms, and handle objections professionally

Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction

 

  1. Market Research & Strategy:

Analyze market trends and competitor activities

Gather customer feedback and report to the management team

Suggest innovative sales strategies to expand market reach

 

  1. Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management review

Submit expense reports and sales forecasts

 

 

Requirements:

 

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)

1–3 years of sales experience (freshers with strong interpersonal skills may apply)

Industry-specific experience (e.g., real estate, FMCG, IT) is a plus

 

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Persuasive and target-driven mindset

Basic knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)

Two-wheeler/four-wheeler license (for fieldwork)

 

Preferred:

Experience in door-to-door sales, corporate sales, or channel sales

Proficiency in regional language (for local market penetration)

 

 

Work Environment:

Job Type: Field sales + office coordination

Travel Requirement: Local/regional travel (70% fieldwork, 30% office)

Incentives: Performance-based bonuses

 

Salary & Benefits:

₹6,000 – ₹18,000/month (Fixed + Commissions)
